Allow me to briefly introduce myself, acquaint you with my professional accomplishments, and outline my commitments to you as a real estate purchaser or seller.

I was born and raised in Michigan, received a degree in business from Michigan State University, and have lived on Hilton Head Island since 1986. My family includes my wife, Danielle, and our sons, Jackson and Davis.

My business experience includes owning and operating my own companies on Hilton Head Island (and in other locations) that were outside the realm of real estate. I have managed businesses for other people, too. I enjoy the real estate business because I can use my professional expertise and knowledge of the island to help buyers find the property that best meets their needs. I use that same expertise to help sellers establish a pricing strategy based on comparable sales and present supply and demand.

Involvement in real estate includes everything from conducting seminars on the "how to's" of buying HHI real estate, to managing the "how to's" of property renovation and resale. People in the community I see and communicate with give me insight into the real estate market.
